Tips for ordering kitchen furniture
- Measure the room for which you want kitchen furniture and make a sketch
- Mark the location of sockets, water pipes and ventilation opening on the sketch
- Additionally, mark location of windows, window sills, doors etc. on the sketch.
- Choose your favourites from the kitchens we have made and send them with the order form. You will have an easier time choosing materials and we will have a better overview of your wishes and needs.
- Choose the desired materials and equipment on the order form (which you will see when you close this window). Make sure you let us know if you want built-in appliances or freestanding appliances.
We recommend using our order form. However, you may always contact us by e-mail – info@mooblimasin.ee.
If you have good drawings of the house or apartment, that will suffice for making an initial offer. If the project is suitable, you can see sample kitchens in our office and choose the appropriate materials and fittings.
Our specialist will make exact measurements after the order has been confirmed and the deposit paid.

Project preparation
After we have received the basic data, we will make a furniture project. We will listen to your wishes, take them into consideration and make our own suggestions based on experience.
If you already have an exact vision of your future kitchen furniture, then our task is only to make exact measurements. Making a 3D-project is included in the furniture price.
Drafting the Order
In the contract for the furniture production, we describe the furniture project being ordered in a detailed manner (materials and fittings used, kitchen appliances etc.), establish the cost and completion date for the furniture.
Payment conditions
When signing the contract, we request a down-payment of 50% of the total furniture price.
Before installation (unless agreed otherwise) the remaining 50% of the total furniture price must be paid.
Furniture not requiring installation must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

Order completion deadline
Usually, our kitchen furniture is completed within 8-10 weeks after receiving the down-payment. Stone worktops increase the completion time by 2-3 weeks.
Guarantee
Furniture produced by Mööblimasin has a 2-year guarantee from the moment of installation or delivery.
